Need help choosing a tour?
No cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to departure time.
However, cancellation less than 48 hours of travel – 50% cancellation fee applies, and cancellation within 24 hours of travel (or no show) – 100% cancellation fee applies.
The Humpback Whales are observed in Hervey Bay during their southern migration which is usually during early July – late October. The dates can vary year to year as the whales are wild animals and their migration changes slightly each year.
The Beauty of K'Gari
K'gari (formerly Fraser Island) is the world's largest sand island. Home to its iconic white sand beaches, crystal clear water and wonderful wildlife. Our tours visit the Western side of K'gari, a remote place on the island where many never venture to. For those who love to ditch the crowds and enjoy paradise without the queues. We'd love to show you our slice of paradise, our tours depart daily from Hervey Bay.

Ever wondered how a humpback eats? 🐋
Those deep throat pleats expand like an accordion, letting them gulp huge mouthfuls of water packed with fish and krill. Then comes the filter system — instead of teeth, they use hundreds of bristly baleen plates to push the water out and keep the food in. Efficient and ingenious!
An adult humpback can consume up to 1,360 kilograms of prey a day — that’s a serious seafood buffet. 🦐🐟
