Be one of the few to see the untouched and unique side of this stunning island. K'gari Adventure will allow you to experience the island intimately as you travel close to the shore of the island. Our flexible itinerary allows you to get the best experience based on the conditions each day. With K'gari Adventure you will experience the hidden and remote parts of K'gari in a comfortable and relaxing way. You will not just see the island, but experience the island while walking, snorkelling, paddle boarding up creeks and swimming. Our friendly and experienced staff will provide you with interesting information and show you the wildlife such as: dolphins, dingos, turtles, sea eagles, fish and many more.
During the tour we will serve a light lunch, and have drinks on board as well. Please feel free to bring any extra snacks to enjoy throughout the day.
Please note: this vessel does not have toilets however we will be sure to include stops along the way to access bathroom facilities.
WHALE SEASON ADD-ON
Travelling during mid July and early October? With this half-day tour, there is the option to extend out to a full-day experience by adding on a Half Day Whale Watch Encounter.
On our way back, we will meet up with the half-day whale watching boat and safely transfer you to this vessel. You can expect an afternoon of up-close-and-personal whale encounters. Be on the lookout for Humpback whales and experience the thrill of getting close to these majestic creatures as they frolic in the calm, clear waters off K'gari. Immerse yourself with these gentle giants from our purpose-designed vessel’s large decks, including our famous water-level viewing platform and our underwater viewing windows.
When you book your K'gari Adventure, you will be offered the option to book this add-on at checkout. You can expect to get back to Hervey Bay Marina at approximately 5:30pm.

- A flexible itinerary that takes you to our favourite spots on the western side of K'gari
- Guided walks, snorkelling, paddle boarding up secluded creeks

- All inclusive drinks supplied (tea, coffee, soft drinks and up to 2 alcoholic beverages)
- Intimate group size - Maximum of 10 Passengers

The K'gari Adventure is also available for private bookings of up to 10 people.

Departing from the Hervey Bay Marina after our safety brief, we’ll cruise through the Great Sandy Straits, then set off along the West Coast of K'gari to our first remote location depending on tide and sea conditions.
